What we collect
HomeworkPDF stores account information you provide, child profile details you create, subscription records from Stripe, and support requests submitted through the site. We also store learning activity needed to provide progress tracking and household dashboards.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the product, generate learning experiences, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, and improve service quality. Support requests submitted through the contact form are stored in our database and may also be sent to our support inbox for follow-up.
Payments
Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. HomeworkPDF does not store full card details on its own servers. We keep the minimum Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage billing and account access.
Children and family accounts
HomeworkPDF is built for parent-managed family learning. Parents are responsible for the child profiles they create and the educational materials they upload. We encourage families to avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal information.
