These terms explain how HomeworkPDF subscriptions, trials, family accounts, and acceptable use work.
Using HomeworkPDF
HomeworkPDF is designed for parent-managed learning workflows. You may create family accounts, add children you are authorized to manage, and use the service to generate practice materials, track progress, and review learning data.
Trials and subscriptions
Paid access begins with a 14-day trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected Stripe subscription starts automatically. Monthly billing renews until canceled. You can manage or cancel billing from your account portal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, attempt to interfere with service operations, or use HomeworkPDF to generate harmful or deceptive educational material. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.
Content and availability
We work to keep generated learning content useful and the service available, but HomeworkPDF is provided on an as-available basis. Families should review generated material before relying on it for instruction, assessment, or high-stakes decisions.
Refunds and support
You can cancel at any time. If you are charged after the trial and believe the charge was made in error, contact us through the support form or at support@homeworkpdf.com. We may offer refunds in accordance with our billing policies and applicable law.
